Bentsen Palm Development Association, Inc. (the community HomeOwner's Association, HOA) has developed Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, CCRs, for the entire Master Planned Community of Bentsen Palm Development as well as certain specific CCRs for each neighborhood, such as Retama Village. Posted below are those documents that govern activities, modifications and other covenants on property within Retama Village, Phase 1. Phase 2 CCRs will be finalized in the near future.

The Neighborhood Advisory Committee of Retama Village has adopted, with the approval of the Board of Bentsen Palm Development Association, Inc., guidelines and rules for various aspects of "Life in The Village" and particularly the Retama Club. Those latest versions are also below for review or download. The guidelines and rules are subject to change without notice by the Board or the Neighborhood Advisory Committee.
